Udaipur university V-C called Aurangzeb 'best administrator', apologises
Udaipur's Mohanlal Sukhadia University Vice Chancellor Sunita Mishra apologised after calling Mughal emperor Aurangzeb "best administrator" during a conference. She had also 'equated' Maharana Pratap with Mughal emperor Akbar. Her remarks angered Rajput community and students, who staged protest and demanded her resignation. Mishra issued a written and video apology saying, "This is my mistake."
