UN is pretty good at spending a lot of money: US State Secy Rubio
Ahead of the United Nations General Assembly session, US Secretary of State Marco Rubio called out United Nations for its inaction. Rubio said US President Donald Trump will "challenge UN to find its...purpose and utility" in his address at UNGA. "It doesn't seem to be doing the job, and it's pretty good at spending a lot of money," he added.
