University Road flyover to open on August 20 in Pune
BJP MLA Siddharth Shirole confirmed that Pune's long-awaited University Road flyover will open on August 20. He inspected the site with PMRDA and PMC officials. The project, delayed since May, had angered commuters facing daily jams at Ganeshkhind Road. Recently, MNS workers staged a symbolic protest by inaugurating the flyover themselves with coconut-breaking and ribbon-cutting rituals.
