Unrelated CGI visuals viral as Iran shooting down US fighter jets
CGI videos of a fighter jet being shot down and a jet dropping bombs on an installation are viral on social media claiming to be footage of Iran shooting down US fighter jets. BOOM found the footage originated from simulation games and VFX creators. Some of these visuals were also reused earlier during India-Pakistan Operation Sindoor disinformation wave.
