UP 'cop' thrashes man with leather belt in Agra; Police respond
A purported video of a cop beating a man with a leather strap inside a police station surfaced online. Netizens are claiming it to be from Uttar Pradesh's Agra. The Agra Police has taken cognisance of the video. The Police pointed out that the cop who is thrashing the man is not from UP police but they're investigating the matter.
