To enhance digital literacy and employability, the Uttar Pradesh government aims to train 11 lakh OBC youth under its CCC and O-Level computer training schemes by 2047. With a ₹3,850 crore budget, the initiative will prepare rural youth for government and private sector jobs, promoting self-reliance and inclusion in the digital economy.
