US' FAA ready to assist Air India after plane crash in Ahmedabad
The US' Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) stated it's ready to assist Air India after its aircraft crashed near Ahmedabad airport on Thursday. "[If] assistance is requested, the NTSB is the official US representative and...FAA provides technical support. We stand ready to launch a team...in coordination with NTSB," FAA said. The UK also deployed a team to India to probe crash.
