Amit Sehra, a vegetable vendor from Rajasthan, won the first prize of ₹11 crore in the Punjab State Lottery Diwali Bumper 2025. The winning ticket number A438586 was purchased for just ₹500 from Bathinda. Amit, who sells vegetables on a roadside cart, travelled to Bathinda with his family to complete the lottery claim process.
