Reigning F1 champion Max Verstappen clocked the fastest lap in F1 history to claim pole position in Qualifying session for Italian Grand Prix. Verstappen set the record by clocking 1 minute 18.792 seconds at an average speed of 164.466mph. The previous fastest lap of 1 minute 18.887 seconds was recorded by Lewis Hamilton in 2020 at an average 164.267mph.
