Vi to offer phone-based satellite connectivity in rural India
Vodafone Idea has partnered with AST SpaceMobile to launch space-based mobile connectivity in India. The satellite system will offer direct-to-mobile signal coverage using standard smartphones, especially in remote and rural areas.
