Video shows farmer leader dragging govt employee through mud in UP
A video showed a BKU leader, Ankush Pradhan, dragging an irrigation department employee through mud in UP's Muzaffarnagar. It was alleged that after cleaning the canal, the irrigation department employees removed the mud and left it there to dry. A case of obstructing government work has been registered against Pradhan after the video of the incident went viral.
