Video shows kids swimming outside Oberoi Mall in flooded Mumbai
Even as schools, colleges, and government offices were shut and several train services suspended amid heavy rains in Mumbai, a video has emerged showing children swimming in the waterlogged area outside the Oberoi Mall in Goregaon. The IMD had issued a red alert for Tuesday, and the BMC had requested the citizens to step out only if necessary.
