Television actors Rashami Desai and Karishma Tanna reacted to a video of a man spinning a dog and throwing it. In the video shared by an animal welfare foundation, he can be seen picking up the dog by its limbs. "What the hell is this???...Put him behind bars," Karishma commented. "This man is...unstable...requesting to take immediate action," wrote Rashami.
