Video shows TN forest, fire officials rescuing trapped Indian gaur
A video of forest and fire officials from Tamil Nadu's Tiruchirappalli rescuing an Indian gaur trapped in a waterbody is being circulated online. The juvenile gaur had slipped into the waterbody and was unable to escape on its own. Following this, officials were alerted, who constructed makeshift ladder, used ropes and worked for hours to lift the animal to safety.
