Vinay Kumar takes charge, says HPCC will be reconstituted soon
Newly-appointed Himachal Pradesh Congress Committee (HPCC) president Vinay Kumar announced that the dissolved HPCC would be constituted within the next 2-3 months. Kumar has formally taken charge from outgoing chief Pratibha Singh at the Congress headquarters. Reiterating that he had good relations with all senior leaders, Kumar said he would take everyone along while carrying out his duties.
