Volunteer-run Delhi school educated 5000+ kids without classrooms
Pehchaan The Street School, a volunteer-run Delhi-based school, began in 2015 with five volunteers teaching 10 slum children. Over 5,000 slum children have since been educated across several street‑side centres by over 1,200 volunteers- without classrooms. The school now has over 1,600 active students in educational programmes, with volunteers working nationwide in over 10 different profiles.
