Waaree Energies acquires 64% in Kotsons for ₹192 crore
Waaree Energies Limited completed the acquisition of a 64% equity stake in Kotsons Private Limited (KPL) for ₹192 crore. This makes KPL a subsidiary of Waaree Energies immediately. KPL, incorporated in 1978, specialises in transformer solutions and has 4,000 MVA production capacity. The ₹192 crore total consideration was paid for 2.56 crore shares at ₹75 per share.
