Balwant Singh, father of finance ministry official Navjot Singh who died after a BMW car hit his bike in Delhi on Sunday, said Navjot was to get promoted in six months. "I cannot believe that my son is no more," he stated. "He used to ride a bike very well, yet I lost him," Balwant added.
