A watchman deployed at a college's hostel in Telangana's Sangareddy was seen sleeping with his foot inside the rice prepared for students. P Pravinya, Collectorate and District Magistrate, Sangareddy, ordered the man's removal from duty as the video went viral. The watchman was allegedly drunk.
