We always play with a straight bat: PM Modi on India-UK relations
While speaking in UK after signing of India-UK FTA, PM Narendra Modi used a cricket analogy to describe ties between the two nations. "For both of us...cricket isn't just a game but...passion. And also...a great metaphor for our partnership," PM added. "There may be a swing and a miss at times...but we always play with a straight bat," he stated.
