The Army Chief of Bangladesh, General Waker-Uz-Zaman said the country uses a "lot of weapons" from China, including their Air Force and Navy, as they are comparatively inexpensive. "China is a partner in our development. They have investments in Bangladesh. So, China is very important to us," he said. Describing Bangladesh's relationship with India, he said "it's give and take".
