WeWork India has set a price band of ₹615 to ₹648 per share for its ₹3,000 crore IPO, which opens on October 3 and closes on October 7. The entire issue comprises an offer for sale of 4.63 crore shares. Since no fresh shares are being issued, all proceeds will go to selling shareholders.
