What are the features of ISRO's 'Bahubali rocket' that launched heaviest satellite?
India's biggest rocket LVM3 launched its heaviest-ever CMS-03 satellite into orbit on Sunday evening. LVM3, dubbed the 'Bahubali rocket', is capable of putting up to 8,000 kg in low Earth orbit and up to 4,000 kg in geosynchronous orbit. A modified version of the same rocket will also be used under India's Gaganyaan mission to put humans in space.
