EPFO members can now withdraw up to 100% of their eligible PF balance, including employee and employer contributions. Education withdrawals are allowed up to 10 times, and marriage up to five. It consolidated 13 provisions into three categories: Essential Needs, Housing Needs, and Special Circumstances. Withdrawals under Special Circumstances need no reason. Minimum 25% balance must be maintained.
