What happens to the body if a person eats spinach regularly?
Spinach is a superfood rich in iron, fiber, antioxidants, vitamins A, C, K, and folate. Regular consumption can prevent iron deficiency and anaemia, may alleviate constipation, increase feeling of fullness and stabilise blood pressure. It also increases bone mineral density and reduces inflammation. However, overconsumption may lead to kidney stones, said Delhi-based nutritionist Dr Meera Luthra.
