What is known about remaining Israeli hostages in Gaza?
Of the total 251 Israeli hostages taken by Hamas on October 7, 2023, a total of 48 hostages still remain in Gaza. Of them 20 are believed to be alive and 26 are presumed to be dead. The status of remaining 2 hostages hasn't been clarified. US President Donald Trump said the remaining hostages will probably be released on Monday.
