Tata Group has become first Indian firm to have a brand value of over $30 billion, standing at $31.6 billion, according to a report by Brand Finance. Infosys, HDFC Group, LIC Group and Reliance Group ranked next, with brand values worth $16.3 billion, $14.2 billion, $13.6 billion and $9.8 billion. The other top Indian brands were SBI Group and HCLTech.
