Which is better for children cow milk or buffalo milk?
Cow milk is lighter on stomach and easier for children with sensitive digestion. It provides balanced protein, moderate fat, and vitamins A, D, and B12 but has less calcium and fat. Buffalo milk has higher calcium, protein, and fat but may cause digestive issues. "Digestibility, fat content, protein levels...can affect which milk proves most suitable...[for children]," Dr Reyanshi Malhotra said.
