Who are Indian-origin Padmini Pillai and Nalini Tata, new White House fellows?
Indian-origin Americans Padmini Pillai and Nalini Tata are among 15 to have been appointed to the 2024-2025 class of White House Fellows. Padmini Pillai, immunoengineer from Boston, is based at Social Security Administration, while NY's Nalini Tata serves in the White House Office of Cabinet Affairs. Padmini has led an MIT team working on a nanotherapy aimed at treating cancers.
