Why are Indian women developing fibroids at young age?
There has been a sharp rise in cases of fibroids among young women across India in recent years. Fibroids are non-cancerous growths in the uterus and are being diagnosed earlier, often in women in their 20s and 30s. This increase is likely due to a combination of lifestyle changes like poor dietary habits, stress, sedentary routines, hormonal imbalances and obesity.
