Why did Sensex recover 420 points after crashing on Monday morning?
BSE Sensex fell over 900 points in the morning before recovering around 420 points and ending 511 points lower at 81,896.79 on Monday. While fall can be attributed to market uncertainty caused by US bombing Iran, several factors contributed to market reversal. These include cooling crude oil prices, positive global cues and the Strait of Hormuz staying open, Moneycontrol reported.
