Without PM Modi & CM Nitish, Bihar can't progress: Dy CM Samrat
Marking 11 years of NDA rule at the Centre, Bihar Deputy CM Samrat Choudhary credited PM Narendra Modi and CM Nitish Kumar for the state’s development. He said, "PM has contributed around ₹15 lakh crore…Without them, Bihar can’t progress…because political opportunists are waiting to grab power again."
