Work from home not a factor in deciding which parent should get custody: SC
The Supreme Court ruled that work from home cannot become decisive factor in awarding a child's custody. The court noted a parent can't always be available with the child and has to earn a livelihood, which shouldn't deprive them to avail custody. The ruling comes when hybrid and remote work arrangements are being seen as an advantage in custody disputes.
