Worked 110 hours a week, ended up in hospital: Junior bankers at US firm
Several current and former junior bankers at the American financial services company Robert W. Baird have alleged they were forced to work 110 hours a week, leading multiple employees to end up in the hospital. An employee who raised concerns about consistent 20-hour workdays was diagnosed with failed pancreas, WSJ reported. The firm later fired the banker, citing poor productivity.
