Nikita Bier, who has been appointed as Head of Product at X, had asked Elon Musk to hire him for the role through a tweet three years ago. After his appointment, Bier replied "Never give up" on his three-year-old post. In his 2022 tweet, he had written, “Twitter has...potential to be the leading messenger, groups app & content creation tool.”
