Yamuna crosses danger level in Delhi
The water level of the Yamuna river in Delhi crossed the 'danger level' of 205.33 metres on Friday after heavy water discharge from Haryana’s Hathnikund barrage. This comes a day after the Yamuna river water level crossed the 'warning level' of 204.50 metres on Thursday. Notably, the evacuation from the river's low-lying areas begins when water reaches 206 metres.
