Jan Suraaj Party founder Prashant Kishor accused Congress leader Rahul Gandhi of mocking Biharis and coming to the state just for campaigning to get votes. "You laugh at Biharis while sitting in Delhi and then come here to lecture us," said Kishor. He further challenged Rahul to spend just a single night in a village in Bihar.
