On October 31, 2025, Zen Technologies Limited received two orders worth ₹289 cr (including GST) from the Ministry of Defence, Government of India, for upgrading Anti-Drone Systems. The contracts, expected to be executed within one year, are not related-party transactions, and promoters have no interest in the awarding entity.
