Zepto plans to raise IPO size to $800 million-$1 billion: Report
Quick commerce startup Zepto is in talks to increase its IPO size to $800 million-$1 billion from the previous plans of raising around $450 million, The Economic Times reported. The IPO could include an offer-for-sale portion worth at least $300–$400 million. Earlier this month, Zepto received NCLT's nod to move its domicile from Singapore to India.
