Surendra Koli walked out of Noida jail on Wednesday after the Supreme Court acquitted him in the 13th case under the 2006 Nithari serial killings. Carrying charges of abduction, rape, and murder, he was sentenced to death by a CBI court in Ghaziabad in 2010. However, Allahabad High Court acquitted him in 12 cases in 2023, which the SC upheld.
