The death toll from a tourist boat capsizing at Vietnam's Ha Long Bay on Saturday rose to 38, with several others still missing, Reuters reported. The boat was carrying 53 people on a sightseeing tour of Ha Long Bay, which is a UNESCO World Heritage site and one of Vietnam's most popular tourist sites. Eleven people were rescued by authorities.
