JD(U) candidate Anant Singh allegedly shot 75-year-old Jan Suraaj worker Dularchand Yadav before the latter was thrashed by others and then run over with an SUV in Bihar's Mokama, an FIR filed in Yadav's murder case claimed. Singh and two aides were arrested based on CCTV and witness accounts. A CID team has been formed to assist the investigation.
