Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has announced that Ukraine has proposed a new round of peace talks with Russia next week after negotiations on ceasefire collapsed last month. "The dynamics of the negotiations must improve. We need to do everything possible to achieve a ceasefire," Zelenskyy said. Russia hasn't yet responded to the offer, reports stated.
