Delhi Police have issued a traffic advisory reportedly for the BJP's victory celebrations as NDA is set to form a government in Bihar. "Traffic restrictions/diversions will be in place on Friday from 3 PM to 9 PM across key stretches around ITO," police said. "Movement restricted/diverted on W Point, A Point, DDU Marg, Jangir Road & Press Road," it said.
