UIDAI announced that starting from November 1, Aadhaar card holders can update demographic details, including name, mobile number, and address, entirely online. UIDAI stated that changes in demographic details will cost ₹75, while updating biometric details like fingerprints or iris scans will cost ₹125. It also notified that linking Aadhaar with PAN has become mandatory from November 1.
