A first-year MBBS student named Yadavendra Shahu was found dead inside his hostel room at AIIMS Patna on Saturday. Police found his body lying on the bed after they were informed that the student's room had been closed since morning. A police official stated that an investigation is being carried out in the case and a postmortem will be done.
