IAS officer Tina Dabi, who had topped the UPSC exam in 2015, on Wednesday reprimanded shopkeepers during a cleanliness inspection drive in Rajasthan's Barmer. In a video, she could be heard saying, "You're...throwing things...here and there. I'll get this shop closed." She added, "Right now, I'm getting the garbage removed. I'll come again...I should see...dustbins in front of every shop."
