A 36-year-old Thai woman accused of killing 14 of her friends with cyanide has been sentenced to death during the first trial in the serial killings case. Gambling addict Sararat Rangsiwuthaporn allegedly borrowed large amounts of money from the victims before killing them to fund her addiction. She also allegedly stole the victims' jewellery and mobile phones.
