Assam CM Himanta Biswa Sarma said on Tuesday that if former PM Indira Gandhi had been alive, he would have questioned her about strategic decisions she had made during 1971 Bangladesh Liberation War. "Our Army had won 1971 war. Why did she not take back Pakistan-Occupied Kashmir in Simla Agreement?" Sarma said, adding, "What was the benefit of creating Bangladesh?"
