A 17-year-old boy was arrested for allegedly raping and brutally assaulting his five-year-old neighbour in MP, police said. The child is critical and has reportedly received 28 stitches on her private parts. There were severe bite marks on her body and wounds that required a colostomy operation. Police said the accused slammed the girl's head against the wall several times.
